Branch Sales Manager - Retail Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive acquisition of new customers and business opportunities. Cross-sell and upsell products such as loans, insurance, investments, and other retail financial products. Develop local marketing and business generation activities to increase branch visibility.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and branch staff. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions. Set individual targets and review performance periodically.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers. Resolve customer grievances promptly and efficiently. Ensure superior customer service standards across the branch.



Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements. Monitor branch operations and maintain process compliance. Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Risk teams for smooth business processing.

Portfolio Management

Monitor branch business portfolio quality. Track delinquency, customer retention, and collection performance. Take corrective actions to maintain healthy portfolio quality. Reporting & MIS Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies. Provide market intelligence and competitor updates to management.
