Responsibilities Responsibilities L1 Branch Rollout Coordinator

- Coordinate end-to-end recent branch network rollout activities from feasibility to go-live.

- Follow up with ISPs and WAN service providers for link feasibility and connectivity confirmation.

- Coordinate with clients for feasibility approvals, cost approvals, and Purchase Order (PO) processing.

- Raise and track service requests for new links, network devices, and bandwidth upgrades.

- Coordinate with vendors for site readiness, including power, rack space, and LAN infrastructure.

- Track device delivery, installation, basic configuration, and structured cabling activities.

- Monitor rollout timelines and escalate delays, pending approvals, and site readiness issues.

- Coordinate bandwidth upgrade requests with service providers and clients.





- Maintain daily and weekly rollout trackers to monitor branch status and project progress.

- Update CMDB records for newly installed network devices and maintain accurate documentation.

- Update bandwidth details and verify link connectivity after upgrades.

- Coordinate final connectivity testing and validation before branch go-live.

- Ensure proper handover of completed branches to the Operations/NOC team.

- Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare status reports, track pending activities, and ensure timely closure of rollout tasks.
