Role Purpose

To drive operational excellence across branch operations through effective cross-functional coordination, process improvement, customer-centric problem solving, and automation-led initiatives. The role will act as a key liaison between various departments to ensure seamless execution of operational processes and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of branch operational processes.
- Drive resolution of operational issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

- Identify process gaps and implement sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead automation and digitization initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Monitor and enhance customer experience by addressing operational bottlenecks proactively.

- Support business and operations teams with process governance, compliance, and controls.
- Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process optimization.




- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines across branch operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong background in Insurance Operations, preferably with exposure to Branch Operations.
- Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and coordination.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering superior service.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Insurance Operations / Branch Operations.
- Exposure to process automation, digital transformation, or operational excellence projects will be an added advantage.
