Job Locations: Karad, Kurduwadi, Latur, Nagpur, Pen, Bhandara, Jalgaon (Maharashtra)

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Branch Manager Retail Finance with experience in Affordable Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end branch operations, sales, collections, and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly business targets, portfolio growth, and portfolio quality.
- Lead and monitor branch teams to ensure business performance and profitability.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational processes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills & Eligibility:





- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Affordable Housing Loans, LAP, or Mortgage Loans.
- Branch management experience, preferably in NBFC/MFI individual lending.
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA/Postgraduation is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Candidates with valuable career stability are preferred.
- Candidates with JLG (Joint Liability Group) product experience in Sales, Operations, or Credit Underwriting are not eligible.
