Role & Responsibilities 1. Branch Manager – Agency Channel

- Drive business growth through the recruitment, development, and management of insurance advisors and agents.
- Build and maintain a productive agency network to achieve branch business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach agency sales managers and field sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the assigned territory.
- Monitor advisor productivity, recruitment numbers, policy issuance, persistency, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and sales processes.
- Develop strategies to improve business conversion, customer retention, and overall branch profitability.

2. Branch Manager – Direct Channel

- Drive life insurance sales through the direct sales team and assigned business channels.
- Lead, manage,



and motivate frontline sales managers and sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Develop business through customer leads, referrals, existing relationships, and local market opportunities.
- Build robust relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Monitor team productivity, lead conversion, policy issuance, and business performance.
- Implement sales strategies to improve revenue, customer acquisition, and branch profitability.
- Ensure adherence to sales quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Proven experience in branch-level business development, sales management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Agency or Direct Sales Channel.
- Ability to drive business targets, develop sales teams, and expand market share.
- Excellent leadership, communication, relationship management, and business planning skills.
