Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee sales, daily operations, and overall campus management at our Vyttila campus. Candidates must have mandatory experience in the EdTech industry, with strong leadership, sales management, and operational coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales performance, achieve enrolment targets, and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with students, staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and a positive campus experience.
- Address student and parent concerns, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor student enrolments, fee collections, attendance, retention, and overall student satisfaction.
- Ensure proper coordination between academic, sales,



and administrative teams.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, operational activities, and team productivity.
- Maintain discipline, service quality, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve campus performance, student engagement, and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

- EdTech industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales and operations management within the EdTech sector.
- Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience handling student and parent relationships.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage campus operations independently.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
