: Branch Head – Operations & Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head – Operations & Marketing to manage Our Academy branch operations, lead marketing activities, coordinate team performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, operational management, marketing, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations Management

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and SOPs.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

2. Marketing Management

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, social media campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Work with content creators, designers, and digital marketing executives.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.

3. Sales & Business Development

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving branch targets.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand business.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch employees.




- Assign responsibilities and monitor task completion.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and improve team productivity.

5. Reporting & Accountability

- Report branch performance, challenges, and achievements to management.
- Track operational expenses, marketing performance, and business growth.
- Take corrective action to resolve operational and marketing issues.
- Ensure accountability and continuous improvement across the branch.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience is mandatory in operations management, marketing management, branch management, or a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing and sales processes.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and business communication.
- Target-oriented mindset with a robust focus on business growth.
