Designation: Bodyshop Advisor

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 years preferred in an automobile bodyshop or collision repair service

Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service

Job Purpose To manage customer requirements related to accident repairs, coordinate vehicle inspections and repair processes, and ensure timely vehicle delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers visiting the bodyshop for accident repairs, denting, painting, and insurance-related services.
- Inspect vehicles, understand customer concerns, and prepare initial repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for vehicle inspection, approvals, and claim documentation.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, the denting and painting team, and the spare parts department to ensure smooth repair operations.
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain service quality standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of job cards, estimates,



insurance claims, and customer communications.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards.

Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of automobile body repairs, denting, and painting.
- Understanding of motor insurance claims and surveyor coordination.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.

Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in an automobile dealership bodyshop will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Accident Repair Advisor, or Insurance Coordinator in an automobile dealership.
- Candidates with Hyundai dealership experience will be preferred.
