Role Description The Body Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and adherence to manufacturer standards. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division includes managing body shop staff, allocating jobs, monitoring repair timelines, and coordinating with workshops, aftersales teams, and parts departments. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction by providing clear communication on repair status, costs, and delivery timelines,



as well as handling escalations professionally.

Manager will also track performance metrics, implement process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and support training and development of team members.

Qualifications

- Robust focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve concerns effectively.
- Hands-on experience in managing Workshops and coordinating technical teams for repair and maintenance activities.
- In-depth understanding of Body Shops operations, repair processes, and adherence to OEM standards.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Aftersales processes, including service follow-up, warranty, and parts coordination.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in body shop or service management roles.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical or automotive qualification; a diploma or degree in automobile engineering or a related field is an advantage.
