Key Responsibilities

- Perform painting on cars, including full-body and partial painting.

- Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, putty application, and primer coating.

- Perform paint colour matching and mixing according to vehicle requirements.

- Operate spray guns, compressors, and painting booth equipment.

- Handle repainting, scratch repair, and paint touch-up work.

- Ensure smooth finishing, proper colour matching, and a defect-free paint job.

- Coordinate with denters to ensure vehicles are ready for painting.

- Inspect painted vehicles for colour differences, dust particles, paint runs, and other defects.

- Minimise paint material wastage and maintain proper use of consumables.

- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.





- Follow workshop safety rules and use appropriate protective equipment.

- Complete painting jobs within the assigned delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in automotive car painting.

- Practical knowledge of spray painting, sanding, priming, and polishing.

- Good understanding of paint mixing and colour matching.

- Experience with different car models and automotive paint systems.

- Ability to identify and correct paint defects.
