Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on .NET Solution Architect / Blazor Technical Lead to modernize our existing EHR application built on ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, C#, APIs, and SQL Server into a scalable, modern application using Blazor, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable application architecture and define technical standards.
- Lead migration from ASP.NET Web Forms to Blazor and ASP.NET Core.
- Build reusable Blazor components and RESTful APIs.
- Define security, performance, database, and integration standards.
- Design scalable solutions supporting concurrent users.
- Plan phased migration, testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
- Mentor developers and conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, QA, database, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills





- 8–12+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blazor (minimum 2+ years preferred).
- Expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API and REST API architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, transactions, and performance tuning.
- Experience with application architecture, dependency injection, authentication, authorization, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of IIS, load balancing, logging, monitoring, and production deployments.
- Solid technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
- Healthcare/EHR application experience.
- Experience designing high-concurrency enterprise applications and scalable systems.
