Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Biology Teacher role for Bihar Board students, based in Patna.

The Biology

Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Bihar Board curriculum requirements for Classes 8–10. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom teaching, doubt clearing, and continuous assessment of student performance. The teacher will prepare students for school and board examinations through concept-focused teaching, practice sessions,



and regular feedback.

The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators, using digital tools and smart study materials, and participating in parent interactions and faculty meetings to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Biology and a clear understanding of Bihar Board curriculum requirements.
- Candidates should possess teaching and lesson planning skills to design structured, exam-focused, and student-friendly classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess qualified teacher credentials, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences; B.Ed or equivalent training is preferred.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to explain concepts clearly in straightforward language and interact constructively with students and parents.
- Prior experience teaching Classes 8–10 or board exam preparation, especially in Bihar Board or similar state boards, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use basic educational technology, maintain classroom discipline, and motivate students from diverse backgrounds is expected.
