Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage credit card chargebacks, disputes, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate data reconciliation between systems to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to cards, settlements, and operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in the charging process.

Job Requirements :

- 5.9-9 years of experience in credit card operations or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of card operations, including chargeback procedures and dispute resolution processes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
