Responsible for developing accurate PHE models and drawings using Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards.

4. Revit is Mandatory

DELIVERABLES

- Accurate PHE BIM models and detailed drawings.
- PHE layouts and MEP coordination drawings.
- Updated drawings and models incorporating design changes and clash resolutions.
- Project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- 14 years of relevant experience in PHE BIM modelling and drafting.
- Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
