Job Overview

Anna Kirana is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Operator to manage billing operations at its retail grocery and supermarket outlet. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating billing software or POS systems, handling cash transactions, and ensuring accurate and efficient checkout services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate bills for customer purchases using the POS system or billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and other payment methods.
- Scan product barcodes and verify product prices during billing.
- Ensure accurate calculation of bills, discounts, offers, and applicable taxes.




- Manage cash transactions and maintain proper records of daily billing activities.
- Handle customer queries related to billing, pricing, and payments.
- Coordinate with store staff to resolve billing discrepancies and price mismatches.
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation and end-of-shift billing reports.
- Maintain accuracy, speed, and professionalism during checkout operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures for billing, payments, and refunds.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Billing Operator, Cashier, POS Operator, or in a similar retail role is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software or POS systems.
- Ability to handle cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Honesty, punctuality, and a responsible approach to handling cash.
- Freshers with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
