Create and distribute accurate sales invoices, service bills, or patient statements matching verified rates, quantities, and contracts.

- Statutory &

- Tax Compliance:

Handle e-invoicing, e-way bills, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations according to statutory requirements.

- Order &

- Data Verification:

Cross-check delivery notes, purchase orders, sales orders, and rate contracts prior to generating final bills.

- Payment Processing &

- Ledger Management:

Record incoming payments (cash, bank transfers, online gateways) and update customer/supplier ledgers in accounting software.

- Accounts Receivable &

- Follow-ups:

Track pending or overdue balances and contact clients or insurance desks to collect outstanding payments.

- Dispute &

- Error Resolution:

Address billing mismatches, raise credit/debit notes, and fix pricing or coding errors through coordination with sales and internal departments.
