1. Senior Billing Engineer

Experience: 6–8 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Handle quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Prepare detailed measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Verify drawings and ensure billing quantities are accurate.
- Coordinate with the site, planning, and project teams for billing activities.
- Prepare extra item bills, deviation statements, and variation claims.
- Monitor project costs and maintain billing documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

2. Junior Billing Engineer Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing client RA bills and subcontractor bills.




- Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Assist with BOQ preparation and quantity reconciliation.
- Check drawings and calculate quantities as per site execution.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers for daily progress and executed quantities.
- Assist in preparing bills, invoices, and material reconciliation statements.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering drawings and BOQ.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of quantity surveying and construction billing.
- Knowledge of RA bills, subcontractor billing, and measurement procedures.
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and calculation skills.
