Role & responsibilities -

We are looking for an experienced Billing and Planning Engineer to handle project planning, cost monitoring, billing and progress reporting for bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities -

- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports .
- Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, subcontractor bills and quantity measurements.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets and identify delays.
- Coordinate with site teams for quantity updates, measurements, and billing documentation.
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, quantity calculations, and cost estimates.
- Track project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and billing statements.
- Coordinate with the design, execution, contracts, and accounts teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bills and reports.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in bridge EPC projects with both Head Office planning and site billing coordination experience.
