Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BFSI Presales and Banking Solution Consulting Leader to drive strategic pursuits, solutioning, and client engagements across the Banking and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep banking domain expertise along with experience positioning broader technology transformation services including Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Managed Services, Application Modernization, and Quality Engineering.

. BFS / Banking Presales

- Robust experience in BFS presales, banking solution consulting, and technology-led solution positioning.
- Good understanding of banking domains such as core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, deposits, and related banking processes.
- Experience engaging with clients, understanding requirements, shaping solutions,



and presenting value propositions.
- Proven contribution to strategic pursuits and deal wins, preferably involving large and complex engagements.
- Exposure to international markets and clients across multiple geographies, rather than experience limited primarily to India and nearby markets.
- Experience beyond a single banking product or platform, with the ability to position broader technology services.

2. Horizontal Technology Presales We also need profiles with presales experience across broader IT services, including:

- Managed services and application support.
- Testing and quality engineering.
- Data, analytics, and data engineering.
- AI/GenAI-led solutions.
- Cloud transformation, application development, and modernization
