Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor with at least 1 year of experience in personal care, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty retail. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable products, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer skincare and personal care needs and recommend appropriate products.

- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage techniques.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store hygiene standards.

- Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.





- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

- Maintain daily sales records and inventory updates.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, Skin Care Advisor, or similar role.

- Good knowledge of skincare, personal care, cosmetics, and beauty products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and customer handling abilities.

- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
