Candidates must have strong communication, resume preparation, job search, and candidate marketing skills, along with a good understanding of US IT recruitment processes. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants on multiple job portals, recruiter networks, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Search for suitable C2C, W2, and other relevant US IT job opportunities based on consultant profiles and work authorization. Apply to relevant positions and coordinate with prime vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients. Update and customize candidate resumes according to job descriptions while maintaining accuracy.

Communicate professionally with vendors, recruiters, and consultants through calls and emails. Negotiate rates, coordinate submissions, schedule interviews, and follow up on interview feedback. Maintain candidate marketing trackers, submission reports, interview schedules, and daily activity updates.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve interview opportunities and placements.

Required Skills & QualificationsPrior hands-on experience in US IT staffing and bench sales marketing is mandatory . Robust understanding of US IT staffing, C2C requirements, W2 opportunities, vendor management, and consultant marketing.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other candidate marketing platforms. Ability to identify suitable job requirements and match them with available consultants. Proficiency in resume formatting, job application processes, and candidate profile marketing. Strong follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a night-shift environment.

Note: Freshers without practical US IT bench sales or candidate marketing experience are not encouraged to apply.
