Role Summary:

We are looking for customer-focused and well-groomed Beauty Advisors and Senior Beauty Advisors for our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). The ideal candidates should have an interest in beauty, skincare, fragrances and luxury retail, along with strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, bath and body, fragrance and personal care products.
- Demonstrate product features, fragrance profiles and usage to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, stock availability and store hygiene.
- Build customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases and recommend suitable gifting options.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally while ensuring a premium brand experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Interest in skincare, beauty, perfumes, personal care and luxury lifestyle products.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.




- Good grooming, presentation and professional etiquette.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend relevant products.
- Prior experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or premium retail is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduates and undergraduates with relevant retail experience may apply.
- Beauty Advisor: Prior experience in retail sales, beauty, cosmetics or personal care is preferred.
- Senior Beauty Advisor: Relevant experience in premium or luxury retail, strong sales performance and the ability to independently manage customer interactions are preferred.
