Responsibilities of a Beauty Advisor (BA)

The primary responsibility of a Beauty Advisor is to assist customers in-store and represent the beauty brand they have been hired for. Their responsibilities include:

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable beauty and hair-care products.

Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales, increase revenue, and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Understand product features, perks, usage, pricing, and ongoing offers to provide accurate recommendations.

Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Store & Counter Management: Maintain the brand's counter, product displays, testers, and overall presentation.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability,



maintain inventory records, and ensure products are properly stored and displayed.

Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers wherever required.

Promotions & Customer Engagement: Inform customers about offers, new launches, and promotions to encourage purchases.

Overall Brand Responsibility: Take ownership of the brand's in-store sales, customer service, product availability, and day-to-day operations.

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for managing the brand's in-store activities, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product and inventory standards, and maximising sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
