Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a BE Mechanical Fresher based in Nagpur. The role involves supporting routine maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, assisting senior engineers with mechanical systems and processes, and participating in production line monitoring to ensure quality and efficiency.

The candidate will help perform basic inspections of tanks and pipes, document findings, and report issues to supervisors. Day-to-day responsibilities also include working with engineering drawings,



learning to use CAD tools under guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and following all safety and quality standards within the plant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess knowledge of core Mechanical Engineering principles and fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance activities related to mechanical equipment and production machinery.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for interpreting and preparing engineering drawings.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Inspection and quality checks of mechanical components, tanks, and pipes.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Automotive or related industrial mechanical systems.
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
