Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business growth by generating leads, acquiring clients, promoting company services, and converting potential prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain the company's products and services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and manage lead databases effectively.
- Prepare daily activity reports, lead updates, and sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Research market trends, identify potential clients, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements




- Any degree is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
