Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective leads.
- Explain the company's services and address customer queries.
- Convert leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Prepare daily activity and conversion reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Admission Counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
