Job Context

The RMC Industry is highly fragmented and very competitive. As a major RMC player we face competition from other organized players and local players which makes superior service delivery along with quality products important for good margins. There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be effective and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

Responsibilities

- Maintenance Management - (R) Capture all relevant data pertaining to plant electrical maintenance such as electricity consumption/diesel consumption for gensets, power factor etc. for analysis at higher level

- Maintenance Management - (R)



Ensure batching plant maintenance through timely calibration

- Maintenance Management - (R) Maintain electrical equipments, periodically review their availability and ensure un-interrupted power supply/gensets

- Production Execution - (A) Operate the rotatory chute to direct aggregates into the right compartment of the raw material bin and monitor its movements

- Production Execution - (A) Unload raw materials from bunkers and load into silos, load raw materials into the conveyer belt

- Production Execution - (R) Batch material as per the details received from Ticketing/Customer Services Cell

- Safety Statutory Compliance - (R) Ensure adherence to electrical safety measures in plants (usage of PPE such as Hand Gloves and shoes)

- Safety Statutory Compliance - (R) Ensure adherence to safety measures for batching plant and surrounding areas and implement lockout tag out
