WUSH is a specialty coffee, tea, and food destination focused on quality, craftsmanship, and creating an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a skilled, versatile, and passionate Barista / Chef All-Rounder who can confidently manage both our coffee bar and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Barista Operations: Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, cold brews, matcha, and other specialty drinks.

● Coffee & Latte Art: Demonstrate strong espresso extraction, milk steaming, and consistent latte art skills.

● Kitchen Operations: Prepare sandwiches, panuozzos, breakfast items, and easy sides and snacks while maintaining consistency and presentation.

● Station Management: Independently manage the barista station and support kitchen operations as required, ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

● Quality & Hygiene: Maintain food safety, cleanliness, equipment care, and proper storage standards across both stations.

● Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, minimise wastage, and assist with stock handling and preparation.

● Teamwork:



Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely orders and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

● Prior work experience as a Barista, Chef, or F&B; All-Rounder.

● Good coffee-making skills, including espresso preparation, milk texturing, and latte art.

● Ability to prepare basic food items, sandwiches, and side dishes independently.

● Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food handling, and workstation management.

● A willingness to learn specialty coffee, tea, matcha, and new recipes.

● Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain consistent quality.

● A responsible, organised, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is genuinely passionate about both coffee and food, takes pride in their craft, and can independently handle the coffee bar while contributing effectively to kitchen operations.

Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: Prior café, restaurant, or specialty coffee experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
