Hiring: Team Lead & Senior Team Lead International Banking Voice Process

Work Location: Hyderabad

We are hiring experienced professionals for Team Lead and Senior Team Lead positions in the International Banking Voice Process.

1. Team Lead

- International Banking Voice Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Team Lead Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper Team Lead experience is mandatory
- CTC: Up to 9 LPA
- Graduation is mandatory

2. Senior Team Lead

- International Banking Voice Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Team Lead Experience: Minimum 2 years of on-paper Team Lead experience is mandatory
- CTC: Up to 10 LPA
- Graduation is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage teams handling International Banking Voice Process operations.
- Monitor KPIs, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service levels.
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.




- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare performance reports and share operational updates with management.
- Support team development, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives.
