Role Overview

Responsible for handling bankruptcy processes for US mortgage accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process bankruptcy filings related to mortgage accounts
- Update loan systems with accurate bankruptcy status
- Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with US bankruptcy laws and investor guidelines
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and reporting

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in US Mortgage / Bankruptcy process
- Knowledge of Chapter 7, 11, 13 bankruptcy procedures
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- Positive communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in US shifts
