Role Description This is a full-time, in office banking role based in Patna. The role involves assisting customers with account-related queries, processing deposits and withdrawals, and supporting loan and credit applications in accordance with internal policies. The professional in this position will handle documentation, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management guidelines.

Daily responsibilities also include cross-selling appropriate banking and insurance products, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient service.



The role requires consistent interaction with customers at the branch and timely resolution of issues to support overall branch performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including basic banking operations, loan processes, and financial products.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Credit assessment, risk awareness, and responsible handling of customer credit applications.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Insurance products and the ability to explain and cross-sell suitable coverage options.
