Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bakery Chef to prepare high-quality bakery products while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and consistency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery operations, product preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of bakery products, including cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, biscuits, and other baked items.
- Develop and maintain recipes to ensure consistent taste and product quality.
- Handle baking equipment, ovens, mixers, and other bakery tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the bakery.
- Manage raw materials, ingredients, and inventory to minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor baking temperatures, timings, and product presentation.




- Assist in developing new bakery products and improving existing recipes.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Bakery Chef, Baker, or Bakery Production Chef.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredient measurements.
- Hands-on experience with bakery equipment and production processes.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Ability to manage time, maintain consistency, and work independently.
- Relevant bakery or culinary training will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
