Responsibilities:

- Prepare tailored quotations based on client requirements, project specifications, and business objectives.

- Conduct price negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining profitability.

- Address client queries and concerns promptly to deliver a seamless and professional customer experience.

- Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and calls with senior management to support business development and identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the Business Development team in preparing business plans, financial models, and scope of work (SOW) documentation.

- Draft and review professional business correspondence, client proposals, agreements, presentations, and other business documents.

- Hold a graduate degree in B.Com, B.A., BBA, or a related discipline.

- Possess working knowledge of MS Excel; proficiency will be considered an added advantage.

- Have prior experience in client coordination, business development, administration, or a client-facing role (preferred).

- Be based along Mumbai's Western Line for convenient commuting and coordination.
