About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Backend Sales &

- Support Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline and deliver exceptional client coordination. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers, dealer network, and internal departments. Your core focus will be managing inbound inquiries, nurturing existing dealer relationships, organizing product demonstrations, maintaining our CRM database, and conducting targeted data mining to uncover fresh business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Client &

- Dealer Follow-ups: Actively follow up with existing clients, distributors, and dealers to secure repeat orders, upsell/cross-sell, and maintain robust business relationships. Understand client requirements, address purchase hurdles, and facilitate smooth order processing.

Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging physical and remote/virtual product demonstrations of our entire product portfolio to prospective leads and partners. Explain product features, specifications, applications, and competitive advantages clearly and persuasively.

Inquiry

Handling &

- Routing: Receive, screen, and organise all incoming inquiries received via Phone, Email, Website, WhatsApp, and Social channels.



Accurately route relevant leads and technical inquiries to their respective internal departments (e.g., Technical Support, Field Sales, Accounts, Operations). CRM &
- Pipeline Management: Log every interaction, follow-up, lead status, and client remark diligently into the CRM system in real time. Ensure high data accuracy and maintain complete visibility across the sales pipeline.

Targeted Data

Mining &

- Lead Generation: Conduct web research and data mining using targeted keywords and industry directories to identify potential leads, dealers, and commercial buyers. Build, clean, and enrich lead databases for cold outreach and marketing campaigns.

Sales

Coordination &

- Reporting: Assist the core sales and management teams with weekly/monthly reporting on lead conversion rates, inquiry trends, and dealer activity.

Requirements &

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred).

Experience: [0–3 years] of experience in backend sales, inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support.
