Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented B2B Operations Executive to connect with potential business clients, coordinate meetings, and support our B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients and introduce VsnapU's services.
- Connect with businesses such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, educational institutions, and other potential partners.
- Understand basic client requirements and identify business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
- Follow up with clients to confirm meetings and maintain regular communication




- Maintain an updated database of client details, call records, meeting schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth meeting handovers and timely follow-ups.
- Track daily calling activities, meeting conversions, and lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting-scheduling targets.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic to good English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with business professionals.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

We are also accepting candidates from telecalling, customer support, lead generation, or B2B coordination Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
