: Automation Engineer (Python / Ansible / Kubernetes)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation, Ansible, FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing automation solutions, supporting deployments, performing API testing, managing Linux environments, and troubleshooting production issues. The role requires hands-on experience in CI/CD, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python and Ansible.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and automation services using FastAPI.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support IKP deployment activities and resolve deployment-related issues.
- Perform API testing, integration testing, and validation of automated workflows.
- Administer Linux systems, including monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, deployment, and release processes.
- Provide production support, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, automation runbooks, deployment procedures, and incident reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability through automation and standardization.

Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in automation engineering, DevOps,



or production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation.
- Practical experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Experience developing APIs and automation services using FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in API testing and deployment validation.
- Solid knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience in production support, incident management, RCA, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise application deployments and IKP deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of Git and version control practices.
- Experience supporting containerized applications in production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹3,020,000.00 per year
