- Equipments is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Technician to join our engineering team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for translating engineering concepts and technical specifications into precise 2D and 3D drawings and layouts for industrial chillers, HVAC systems, and custom refrigeration equipment. You will work closely with our project engineers, panel wiremen, and technical teams to ensure seamless manufacturing and site installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Drawing &
- Drafting:

Create accurate 2D/3D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, component layouts, and shop floor schematics using AutoCAD.

- HVAC &

- Piping Layouts:

Design detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), refrigerant circuit layouts, and equipment room positioning plans for industrial cooling systems.

- Collaboration with Production: Coordinate closely with project engineers, PLC programmers, and panel wiremen to integrate electrical and mechanical schematics into final production blueprints.

- Blueprints &

- Specification Review:

Interpret engineering notes, client requirements, and technical manuals to ensure drawings meet precise project tolerances and industry standards.

- Revision &

- Documentation Management:

Update drawings based on engineering changes, site modifications, and client feedback; maintain an organized and secure digital repository of all project blueprints.

- Quality &





- Compliance:

Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety codes, thermal/mechanical design parameters, and company quality guidelines.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a certification/ITI in CAD/Drafting from a recognized institution.

- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of professional drafting experience, ideally within the HVAC, refrigeration, industrial machinery, or manufacturing sector.

- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); familiarity with other modeling software (such as SolidWorks or Inventor) is a robust plus.

- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of engineering drawing standards, symbols, scale, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).

- Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot design clashes or measurement discrepancies before production begins.

- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional shop-floor teams.
