Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and executing financial and operational audits for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role includes planning audit engagements, assessing internal controls, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The Audit

Manager will supervise audit teams, review workpapers and documentation, and provide clear, constructive feedback to team members. Daily tasks involve analyzing financial data, identifying risks, recommending process improvements, and preparing detailed audit reports for client leadership.



The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting client presentations, and contributing to the development of audit methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of core financial concepts and practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify anomalies, and evaluate risks and controls.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and process improvement methodologies.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA highly preferred.
- Several years of experience in audit, assurance, or related consulting roles, including experience leading audit teams.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leadership.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a collaborative environment.
