Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in SMT machine maintenance within the EMS industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring machine reliability, minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and managing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of SMT machines and related production equipment.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SMT machines and electronic assembly equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability.
- Monitor machine performance, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.




- Identify root causes of recurring machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, calibration, and process improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in maintenance within the EMS / electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SMT machines and electronic assembly equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of machine performance improvement and downtime reduction.
- Robust team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with proven experience in SMT machine maintenance in an EMS / PCBA manufacturing setup will be preferred. The candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and capable of ensuring high equipment availability and reliable production operations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
