- Review ABL/FL operational processes to identify automation opportunities
- Identify manual, repetitive, error-prone and high-volume activities
- Gather requirements from Sales, Operations, HR, Shared Services and other stakeholders
- Map current-state and future-state processes
- Prepare BRDs, requirement documents and process maps
- Prioritize automation opportunities based on volume, effort, impact and risk
- Drive automation initiatives from requirement definition through implementation
- Partner with IT, Digital and Technology teams for solution development
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and solution validation
- Support UAT planning and execution
- Track implementation, adoption and post-launch stability
- Measure efficiency improvement and business benefits delivered
- Eliminate duplicate data entry and manual reconciliation wherever feasible
- Develop automated trackers, workflows and reporting solutions
- Maintain process documentation and automation governance
- Monitor post-implementation issues and drive corrective actions
- Continuously identify current automation and process excellence opportunities
