Location: Panoli, Ankleshwar

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech. Chemical

Experience: 7–10 years in Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management Systems.
- Monitor in-process quality, finished product quality, and compliance with product specifications.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA through 8D and Why-Why Analysis.
- Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
- Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP documents.
- Monitor quality KPIs, customer rejection, PPM, and process improvement activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of change management, risk assessment, and nonconforming product control.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D;,



and other departments for quality improvement.
- Supervise QA personnel, conduct training, and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives, Kaizen, and reduction of quality-related defects.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
- Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, CAPA, and audits.
- Solid analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Industry: Rubber Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Chemical Manufacturing. Pay: ₹463,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
