- Assist the Mother Teacher in managing daily classroom activities.
- Support children in learning alphabets, numbers, rhymes, stories, and basic concepts.
- Help conduct activity-based learning, arts and crafts, and other classroom activities.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being throughout the school day.
- Assist in maintaining classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace.
- Support individual students who need additional guidance.
- Help prepare teaching-learning materials and classroom displays.
- Assist with student attendance, worksheets, and assessment activities.
- Coordinate with the Mother Teacher to monitor children's progress.
- Participate in school events,
celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications
- Any relevant degree is preferred.
- NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or other early childhood education qualifications are an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
