Must Have: Positive knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP working principles Must Have: Must have demonstrated technical excellence & extensive experience with PC hardware and software support environments Must Have: Experience with TCP/IP & LAN based networking support and troubleshooting from a pc support perspective Must Have: Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management and change process.





Must Have: Experienced in repeat call analysis with preventive & corrective actions.

Must Have: Provide effective troubleshooting and accurate solutions to advanced hardware and software computing problems for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

Must Have: Resolves basic and advanced hardware and software questions, problems and requests in person or remotely Must Have: Deploy and administer IT systems in the assigned region, including end-user desktops/laptops, computing servers, network Skills and Qualifications: Must Have: Min 1+ years of experience is necessary.

Must Have: Good knowledge on installation and troubleshooting of office applications (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive) Must Have: Must be comfortable with night shift.
