Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur at the Hingna Industrial Estate facility. The Associate will support daily operations by assisting with production activities, monitoring basic processes on the shop floor, and coordinating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow. Typical responsibilities include maintaining documentation, following safety procedures, supporting inventory or materials handling, and helping with routine quality checks as per company standards.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reporting operational issues,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. The Associate is expected to perform tasks reliably, follow established guidelines, and actively learn and adapt to the industrial environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Basic understanding of production processes, materials handling, or shop-floor operations; prior experience in mining, metals, or engineering-related industries is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors, colleagues, and support staff.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur and adapt to shift schedules or extended hours when required by operations.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma; diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy for handling operational reports, emails, and simple data entry tasks.
