Job Summary The primary responsibility of Associate - Special Pricing Quotes is to ensure the renewal of SPQ's is uploaded into the ERP System for defined countries based on the analysis and review as per the pricing policies. Publishing SPQ Scheduled and Ad hoc Reports. You will work closely with our Suppliers, Country Managers and Business Partners to get the renewal of SPQ on time and provide accurate and timely reports on the renewal.

Responsibilities

- Extract SPQ information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems to publish Scheduled / Ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for sharing the expiring SPQ conditions with Suppliers and get renewal price on time.
- Responsible for Quality Control and Quality Audit for SPQ Process.
- Scheduled and Ad hoc Report Preparation.
- Renegotiation of Rejected SPQ based on LTM performance.
- Conduct Best Practice Sharing sessions.
- Responsible for Error and Escalation root cause analysis and action plan implementation.
- Responsible for loading SPQ conditions from Supplier into SAP based on Pricing Policy.
- Attend meetings with suppliers, be a solution provider,



send minutes and follow-up on action plan within the agreed time.
- Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.
- First Contact Resolution to our Suppliers and Requestors.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
