We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting skilled with 2-4 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions between entities.
- Assist in preparing general ledger accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Support month-end closing processes by reviewing and finalizing account balances.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in US Accounting or related field (Record To Report).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com)
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Intercompany Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial Statements, and Month End Closing.
