Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance. -

Communicate clearly with customers in English.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals. Eligibility

- Good verbal English communication skills

Salary and Benefits - Freshers: ₹19,500 per month.
- Experienced candidates: ₹29,000–₹33,000 per month, depending on experience and eligibility.
- Cab facility available, subject to company policy.
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
