Instantpay provides digital financial services that help retailers and businesses offer banking and payment facilities to customers.

- DMT (Domestic Money Transfer): Enables customers to transfer money to bank accounts across India through authorized retail outlets.

- AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System): Allows customers to access basic banking services, such as cash withdrawals and balance enquiries, using Aadhaar authentication at enabled outlets.

- Retail Services: Digital services offered through retail outlets, which may include bill payments, mobile recharges, money transfers, and other payment or financial services, depending on the retailer's activation and eligibility.

Job responsibilities :

- Prepare daily sales MIS reports covering transactions, active retailers, onboarding, and business performance.

- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) regarding sales targets, achievements, and pending activities.

- Follow up with sales teams to increase retailer activation and transaction volumes.

- Track sales targets, resolve service-related coordination issues, and maintain accurate records.

- Collect, verify,



and update sales reports in Excel or the company’s MIS system

- Coordinate with RSMs and ASMs to ensure timely submission of sales reports

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales-related communications.

Qualifications &

Key Skills required:

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent)

- Experience: 2-4 years in MIS reporting, telecalling, sales coordination, or fintech/banking services.

- Computer Skills: Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and data entry.

- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English

- Sales Coordination: Ability to coordinate with RSMs, ASMs, retailers, and distributors

- Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare daily sales reports, maintain records, and track targets

- Personal Skills: Valuable follow-up, time management, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
