We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager, Taxation to oversee our taxation matters in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all tax-related issues in India, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and minimizing tax liabilities. The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in managing taxation matters in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for the company's operations in India.

- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations in India, including direct and indirect taxes.

- Manage tax audits, assessments, and appeals in India, and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place.

- End to end ownership of all tax compliances across group

- Review and provide input on contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure tax compliance.

- Coordinate with external tax consultants and advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments.

- Manage the tax accounting function,



including the preparation and review of tax provisions, tax returns, and tax reconciliations.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations in India and advise the company on the impact of these changes.

- Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities and other government agencies in India.

Requirements

- CA qualification.

- 4-7 years of experience in managing taxation matters in India.

- In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations, including direct and indirect taxes.

- Experience in tax planning, tax compliance, and tax accounting.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Robust leadership and management skills.
