We are looking for an Associate Manager - Bancassurance (Business Planning Manager) to join our Bancassurance team at Yes Bank. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing business plans that drive growth and revenue for the bancassurance business. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams.

What does the job entail?

- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue for Bancassurance business

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies

- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business planning and decision-making

- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business performance





- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships

- Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
